1. What we collect

We only collect what you type into this website. That is: the name, e-mail address, country, messaging handle, subject and message you submit through the contact form, the e-mail address you submit to the newsletter field, and the list of products you add to an inquiry list.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, government identifiers or health information. Please do not send them through this website.

2. What stays in your browser

Two things are stored locally in your browser and are never sent to us on their own:

• cocer-locale — the display language you picked.
• cocer-inquiry — the products in your inquiry list. This is sent to us only when you submit the contact form.

Both use your browser's local storage, not tracking cookies. Clearing your browser data removes them. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. How we use it

To answer your inquiry, quote a price, arrange shipping and follow up on your order. If you submitted the newsletter field, to send you product and stock updates. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers described below.

4. Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our own inbox or CRM through a transactional delivery provider. Depending on how you choose to contact us, your message may also pass through WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy policy. Shipping carriers receive only the address details needed to deliver a parcel.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as local record-keeping rules require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask to be removed.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop e-mailing you. Message us on WhatsApp +852 5602 3564 and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or the Hong Kong PDPO.

7. Products on this site

All products listed on this website are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, not dietary supplements, and not for human or animal consumption. You are responsible for confirming that importing and handling a given compound is lawful where you are.
